I've been rereading James Herriot's short stories for fic research these past few days. Coincidentally, I'm also mainlining pokemon episodes.

I was a little cranky yesterday, but I'm all better now.

Also it is kind of a pet peeve about people who use fanart for icons and demand you credit them and won't link you to the original fanart or give you any info about the original creator at all. I am sorry! Maybe I am more invested/interested/whathaveyou in the person who put all the work into the art, even just to know WHO than your cropping and resizing skills.

This kind of weighed on me when I was making some fanart icons recently.

Not junk -- breaking fandom conventions and general good ethics, worth speaking up about. If nothing else, a comment that the icons are nice and who was the original artist? Partly because people tend to be sheep and so if one icon-maker does it...
