Depending on whether this is a fic set when Tony is out as Iron Man or not (no preference), what sort of declarations would he make? If it's a period where he claims Iron Man is his employee, who does he claim Iron Man is on his financial reports?
She-Hulk! She's the coolest Hulk! And she has an actual job like a grown up. But she also has a brand and high profile. Oh my god, what if she's like a celebrity lawyer like Judge Judy is a celebrity judge? What sort of news is reported about her? What sort of stories are written about her?
Janet and Steve are *waves above* for ideas too, with their own respective canon pursuits. Also does Steve take a salary?
What about the failed timelines? What did the failed versions of Avengers do in the timelines that didn't work out? What happened in other ones, like the one where Rhodey's son becomes Iron Man? How do people who survived from the timelines that collapsed react or tell their stories? There's a lot of refugees from all over the timelines in the Marvel universe.

Pokemon have been shown with jobs all through the series but Pokemon Sword/Shield specifically had you sending the little rodents out to earn their keep. I'd like to see pokemon job reviews, pokemon businesses, pokemon job interviews.
Honedge is my choice for a pokemon that used to be a human - but I'd be happy with any of the others like Phantump and Yamask! I just had limited nomination space. Some of the ghosts turn slightly evil, some are just sad. What would a ghost trainer have to say about pokemon partners who are formerly human? Do families seek out these pokemon? Can they tell us about history? What sort of research has been done on them? When did someone realize a Honedge was an ex-person? (Dhelmise is the ghost of seaweed, which is actually pretty cool, might be good for a comparison)
Pokemon fashion - so many considerations! And what about the little pokemon models. Cute pokemon like Darumaka and Vulpix and Galarian Ponyta, or weird pokemon like Dhelmise.

So ghosts in Azeroth tend to be greeted more with someone grabbing a broom and shouting 'go on! Git!' than panicked screaming. And they're so thick on the ground, I'd love to see a peasant's perspective on what life is like dealing with zombies and ghosts. Various ways of coping with them fact that there's probably a banshee in the basement and how you advertise for an adventurer to come clear out those undead gnolls eating your crops. I've always liked the warboards as an idea of posting 'want ads'
Murlocs! There's some canon adventurers (Sir Finley, the one at the Unseen Path class hall, MURKY) so there's some canon ones to use or make up your own! I want to see what the world is like for a murloc setting out to become the greatest hero Azeroth has ever known.
Harpies! Man. I wish we could play harpies. I know they're supposed to be the worst of the worst which is also why I would like to see an exploration of a society of total dirtbags. Just these totally cool looking character models who are just weird and a pain in the ass for the entire planet. Also I would accept one that becomes an adventurer herself.
What IS the difference between a ghost and undead? What makes one more likely to eat your brains than the other? There's a LOT of neutral ghosts, not so much for neutral undead that aren't forsaken or death knights. Also if you just wanna tell a spooky story here, I'd love it.
