I usually do this with Balderdash, so it's pretty do-able!
The idea:
Everyone in room with their hands (idea: sending photos of card hands to people without copies, but that's honour system for the photographer not to look)
Someone is nominated to get all the words sent to them, who then send it onto the judge to judge.
Play ensues!
It'll probably be on a weekend evening.
