I somehow acquired three cthulhu-themed fanmixes - one's all creepy instrumentals, mostly from video game & film soundtracks, one's creepy vocals, and one's silly novelty stuff like Carol of the Old Ones. If any of that sounds good I can upload 'em for you.

I also have the complete original soundtrack album of "Shoggoth on the Roof", if you go for the novelty ones. Also, I've got a bunch of creepy-ass avant-garde classical, along the lines of Gesange der Junglinge and Ancient Voices of Children. If you want any of that.
