crantzWell, I've given myself time to be less mopey/happier about my grade and so! Hey, I got an A-! I thought I was gonna get a C! Go team me! I guess my studying practice (lots of notes, reading them before tests to the sound of an examination room) is workable!
And I've been enjoying my Winter vacation - LOTS of Midsomer Murders and writing fic and World of Warcraft.
Midsomer is great. I like ending an episode with 'that was godawful! I loved it'
I asked for it for Yuletide (along with some other stuff!) and suggested strongly that they engage in a game of wits against the Untitled Goose. Considering how often the villains in this show are people who go mad because of the Nobility, a goose with no Title fits right in.
(I asked for so much for yuletide and I can't think of a single prompt that doesn't make me excited and as of right now I have *TWO* gift fics! I'm so excited! I can't wait to read them!)
I've had some unfortunate mail mix ups when it comes to Christmas gifts this year - for things I ordered back in October. I've done my best to compensate but a little sad that some of my best ideas won't be used. One of them was a bunch of Japanese kitkats for my dad and stepmom that I was going to give them a flavour page of cultural relevance.
That's not the only awol package, alas! But maybe the others will show up? I don't know. My first Rotofugi order (for me) arrived yesterday and I'm the proud owner of two new Unicornos and one Double that I'm giving to Ann.

I thought someone had stolen a box of plants, but it turned out the 4" pots hadn't been shipped with the bulbs after all, and I got them later. Whew!
