I had a big day out
Feb. 14th, 2020 05:18 amI spent my day with people all over the city from 11 am to 7 pm and then I came home and felt pretty okay! Not drained or anything! It was great.
I've got to find some sort of solution - I finally got to play WoW as long as I wanted to in a long time and my goal was to just do the really quick Valentine's Day dungeon (not that kind of valentine day dungeon) for some xpeez but somehow it took like two hours before I was done only twelve characters. Considering the dungeon takes less than two minutes, and I'm in queue for only three most of the time, what the heck am I doing wrong? What's taking so long? Am I... in a time void?
Either way while I didn't *resent* the time spent, I kinda wished I hadn't been stuck doing it for so long. It's not tenable! I'll figure something out. I do like the xp. It gives my brain the Good Chemicals.
Happy Valentine's, everyone. This year my Valentine is Vali. I forgot to ask anyone else.
So part of my adventure this thursday (oh my goodness it's five am friday as I write this) was I ended up with two new shelves! I'm addicted to shelves, I'm afraid to say. I just love shelves. Love storing things in easily accessed ways. It's a sickness.
But one of them, I didn't realize until it had already been bought and one of the people I was with was looking at it and said: "Did you know this thing has a power cable?"
Yes! This nice solid wooden shelf I got can be used as a powerbar! That means I can put it in front of the socket! That's so much more space efficient! Please god don't let it catch on fire and kill me!
Due to a terrible accident I had to get a new shirt from the store to replace the one I'd started that morning with and the new hoodie makes me look like a forest witch and I am digging it. May we all be the forest witches we wish to see in the world.
My hair currently is sonic the hedgehog blue, which was not what I was expecting it to look like at any point in my life but here we are. It'll fade to a new colour in a week. But right now I gotta go fast.
