Has anyone seen the new Sherlock Holmes show? I like it! Even despite the Yellow Peril episode. Benedict Cumberbatch is fairly adorable and weird.

Anyway! Some fan-work recs about the show/inspired by its existence!

Melannen does a different modern Holmes set in Chicago. It's short, but I really liked it. Scroll down a little to find it, it's part of a normal entry.

And from Ann Larimer, a set of dialogues entitled: Six Ways "The Great Game" Won't End.

It's pretty funny.

Also of note, Ann's Ickean Lizard Man Sherlock and Watson.

Semi-related: My preferred method of Holmes consumption is actually from old radio shows. If this is the kind of thing that butters your buns, Itunes happens to have a podcast that collects a whole bunch of them! Sherlock Adventures, I think it's called. A nice big selection.

And linked in one of my entries by a helpful person, all the stories in the canon in order.
